This custom program is tailored to your symptomology, prior diagnosis, goals, preferences, and lab work, and incorporates evidence-based nutrition, gut health optimization, customized meal plans, and personalized supplement recommendations. A whole-body approach is taken, focusing on stress reduction, detoxification, movement, and sleep optimization to strengthen your body's capacity to heal. With ongoing support and guidance, including a 90-minute initial Zoom appointment, 12 weekly phone check-ins, and communication via text or email, you will walk away empowered with the life skills to take charge of your own health. This program is adjusted throughout our time together to ensure that you reach your goals and live a vibrant life full of energy, happiness, clarity, and rest.

A complimentary 15-minute consultation is required before booking.
90-minute initial Zoom consultation.
12 weekly phone check-ins. During this time I assess progress, create accountability, offer support, establish new goals, and make adjustments when needed.
