Individualized Nutritional
Care
-
Nutrition that’s rooted in science, built around you.
Whether you're working on your energy, navigating a health condition, training for something big, or just wanting to feel better in your body—we’ll create a plan that supports you and your real life.
Lab work helps guide the process
I’ll recommend labs you can request through your primary care provider, or we can run them independently using at-home phlebotomy (out-of-pocket option). If deeper insight is needed, we can explore functional testing together. Labs are helpful but never required—we’ll work with what you have and what feels right for you.Everything is backed by science.
My recommendations are grounded in peer-reviewed research, always tailored to your goals and needs.Support for whatever you're working on:
Body composition
Hormone balance
Athletic performance
Chronic condition management
More energy, better mood, clearer thinking
Macro and micronutrient guidance that evolves with you—we’ll adjust things as your body and goals change.
Tracking is always optional.
If you like data, I’ll show you simple ways to track. If not, we’ll focus on building consistency and balance without it.Smart nutrient timing to help you feel steady, focused, and fueled throughout your day.
A whole-food, nutrient-dense foundation—no rigid rules, just realistic and supportive choices.
Tailored to your lifestyle and comfort level.
We’ll make this work in a way that feels doable—and that you can stick with. -
Supplements can be a helpful tool, but never the whole plan.
They’re meant to complement your nutrition and lifestyle, not replace them.Only high-quality, third-party tested products.
This helps ensure purity (no heavy metals or fillers) and that the ingredients match the label.Access to trusted dispensaries.
I’ll connect you with reliable sources like Fullscript, Thorne, and Designs for Health—so you can avoid counterfeit products from retailers like Amazon.Tailored to your unique needs.
Supplement recommendations are based on your personal goals and lab results, with adjustments made as your plan evolves. -
Identify your unique triggers.
Gut issues are often driven by personal triggers—like specific foods, stress, or imbalances in the microbiome. We’ll work together to uncover what’s contributing to your symptoms, so we can reduce inflammation, improve digestion, and help you feel more at ease in your body.Support gut repair with targeted strategies.
Your gut plays a central role in everything from immune function and mood to hormone balance and nutrient absorption. Through personalized nutrition and lifestyle support, we’ll work to restore the gut lining, rebalance beneficial bacteria, and create a healthier internal environment.Rebuild tolerance over time.
Healing isn’t just about eliminating foods—it’s about bringing them back in when your body is ready. With a thoughtful reintroduction plan, we’ll work to expand your diet, reduce sensitivity over time, and build a more resilient digestive system for the long haul.
Because everybody is different.
-
Support a healthy relationship with food and your body.
True wellness goes beyond what’s on your plate. We’ll work to cultivate a more balanced, compassionate connection to food and your body—so nourishment feels intuitive, not stressful.Regulate your nervous system.
Chronic stress can impact everything from digestion to hormones to cravings. We’ll use tools to support your nervous system—like breathwork, mindfulness, or gentle routines—so your body can shift out of survival mode and into healing.Reduce toxic burden, support detox pathways.
Every day, we’re exposed to environmental toxins that can tax the liver, disrupt hormones, and affect energy levels. You’ll get clear guidance on how to minimize exposure and support natural detoxification through food, lifestyle, and targeted nutrients.Incorporate movement.
Movement is a pillar of health—not just for metabolism, but for mood, sleep, digestion, and blood sugar. We’ll find ways to support daily movement that feel good and sustainable, based on your goals and routine.Prioritize restorative sleep.
Sleep is when your body resets, heals, and regulates key systems. If sleep has been a challenge, we’ll explore strategies to improve quality and rhythm—so you wake up feeling more like yourself. -
Sustainable change takes time—and support matters.
Making shifts to your nutrition and lifestyle isn’t always easy, especially when life is full. Ongoing support helps take the guesswork out of the process, so you can move forward with more confidence and less overwhelm.Stay connected between sessions.
You don’t have to wait for your next appointment to get clarity. Questions, updates, or concerns are always welcome—ongoing communication helps us fine-tune the plan in real time.Check-ins keep things on track.
Regular follow-ups create space for accountability, encouragement, and course corrections when needed. Your plan will evolve with you.Long-term support leads to long-term results.
With consistent guidance and a relationship built on trust, you’re more likely to stick with changes that feel good—and last. -
Flexible plans for real life.
Life isn’t static—and your nutrition plan shouldn’t be either. We’ll build something that can shift with your schedule, seasons, and energy levels, so it feels supportive—not restrictive.Progress over perfection.
This isn’t about rigid rules or starting over every Monday. We’ll focus on creating habits that feel realistic and sustainable, so wellness becomes a way of living, not a short-term fix.Confidence and autonomy are the goal.
You’ll walk away with tools, knowledge, and clarity to make informed choices—without relying on outside rules or trends. My job is to support you in building a relationship with food and your body that lasts.
Steps to
Sustainable Change
-
We’ll start with a free 15-minute call to get to know each other, talk through your goals, and see if we’re a good fit. You’ll share what’s going on, and I’ll explain how I can help support you through personalized nutrition and lifestyle.
-
Next, we’ll meet over Zoom to walk through a customized plan I’ve created just for you—based on your lab work (if available), your detailed intake, and everything you shared during our discovery call. This plan is goal-oriented and designed to get results, but the process will also feel supportive and doable.
This is a collaborative approach. If something doesn’t feel realistic or aligned, we’ll adjust it together. You’re the expert on your body—my role is to guide you with the tools, insight, and experience to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
-
This phase is where the real transformation happens. We’ll meet weekly to track progress, adjust your plan as needed, and work through anything that’s getting in the way. Most plans last around three months—enough time to build lasting habits, shift body composition, and see meaningful changes in labs and how you feel.
Consistent coaching and accountability are key—they’re what turn a plan into real, sustainable results. Communication between check-ins is always encouraged. You don’t have to wait for our next session to ask questions or get support. We’re in this together, and that ongoing connection is what helps make the changes stick.
-
After the initial phase, many clients choose to keep checking in—weekly, monthly, or as needed. Health isn’t static, and these follow-up sessions give you space to reassess, make adjustments, and stay aligned with your goals as life shifts.
You set the pace. Whether you want regular accountability or just a place to regroup when things change, ongoing support helps keep your progress on track and your plan working for real life.
